Vendor Guidelines
All vendors at Drop Soda must adhere to these guidelines. By applying to the market, you accept to follow these rules with no exceptions.
☆ You must curate and sell ONLY vintage items (2006 or older). 👗✨No modern clothing, fast fashion, MLM, or drop-shipped items. If anything is newer than 20 years old, we’ll kindly ask you to remove it.
☆ Do not sell anything with hate speech, slurs, foul language, objectification, nudity, or sensitive content. 🚫 This is a family-friendly, safe space for everyone. If you wouldn’t show it to your grandma, don’t bring it!
☆ You MUST wear your vendor badge and stay INSIDE your booth at all times during the market. 🔑🛍️ Customers get confused about where to check out, so sitting inside your booth is extremely important. Please do not sit across from your booth, beside it, or anywhere outside your designated space. This rule helps keep the shopping experience clear and smooth for everyone.
☆ Do not use the back door during market hours. 🚪🔒For safety, enter and exit through the front entrance only.
☆ You must pay the vendor fee within one week of acceptance. 💸 If it’s not paid by then, your spot will be passed to someone on the waitlist. Payment closes at noon (central) exactly 7 days after your acceptance email. Booth fees are non-refundable once paid. If you can no longer attend, please contact us so we can inform the next person on the waitlist. Selling your booth to another person is strictly forbidden and will prevent you from vending at future Drop Soda markets.
☆ Your booth must be fully set up 15 minutes before opening and taken down quickly and efficiently at closing. ⏰
☆ Keep your booth within the marked boundaries so the market stays ADA accessible for wheelchair and stroller users. Also, do not pack your booth to the brim. Someone with a stroller or wheelchair must be able to access all of your racks and tables easily.♿🍼
☆ No more than two people may run your booth. 👥
☆ You must post the official Drop Soda Vintage Market flyer on your social media. 📣 Help us spread the word and support your fellow vendors!
☆ Be kind, welcoming, and greet shoppers with a smile! 😊💖
